To bring together graduates of the Blue Springs Citizens Police Academy that will work to develop, promote, and improve a partnership between the Police Department and the community; to provide education in law enforcement issues, crime prevention, and public safety; to support and assist the Blue Springs Police Department with community programs when requested.
